We decided to do a destination wedding and a friend suggested Kelley! Omg where do I start? Kelley took care of every single detail, even beyond her responsibility. Presenting us multiple resorts, custom to our needs and listening to our wants. To helping the bride and multiple guests get their passports – because we slacked off. When I had trouble reaching my coordinator at the resort she made sure I got a response that same day (totally not a part of her job). She made sure everyone was prepared for anything to come and also made it so enjoyable! She really took care of us above and beyond! I can’t wait to use her again in the future along with many others in our group. I can’t say enough. She is way more than a travel concierge!

I recently took a trip during Covid to Mexico. Kelley Austin is our agent and she was excellent. She prepared us for every situation and our trip was wonderful. When we arrived there was an expected hurricane. All protocol done by the hotel was expected and done well. We had to head to our rooms early that evening; a meal was delivered for dinner. The next morning breakfast was open and we started our day. The storm had blown past us. Minor water in our room but the resort took care of that promptly. The restaurants were excellent. The pools were very nice. The staff was very pleasant and polite. We decided to get massages and the spa was wonderful. A very nice vacation and break in the normal mess of Covid. The hotel followed sanitation protocol. Masks were worn by all staff. I felt completely safe. Highly recommend an adult only resort as we were not traveling with children. We had never experienced one before and loved it.
I highly recommend working with Kelley for your travel, she makes it so easy.

As a #coronabride, Kelley has dealt with me at my worst and still chose to care for me. She fought hard for me to get the best honeymoon deals possible not only once, but TWICE. Kelley was always available to chat about travel related things (but also wedding things). On MULTIPLE occasions I called Kelley panicked and she was so incredibly kind and helped me navigate this unprecedented pandemic. Unfortunately, after having to reschedule the honeymoon a second time, we decided we needed to cancel and rebook later. Kelley reassured me that when the time was right for me, she would plan the most incredible honeymoon (for the third time). As of now we don’t have any honeymoon plans in the books, but without a doubt Kelley is still cheering for me in my corner.
Kelley has become a great friend and confidant through this global pandemic. I trust Kelley wholeheartedly and will continue to use her as my travel agent again and again.

That was the most amazing trip I think we could ever go on!!! The first 2 days were spent just around the resort, snorkeling out of our bungalow, snorkeling in the lagoon and just enjoying the incredible views! We ended up going on a full day activity of the jeep 4×4 tour and then we did a jet ski tour! In between we got lunch at Bloody Mary’s which was cool because that saved us a trip over to the main island!! The views were awesome as you know, and then 2 days after the tour we did the snorkel with sharks and stingrays! We won’t ever be able to thank you enough for putting everything together! Everything about the resort you recommended was great! The breakfast being included was awesome. Lunches and dinners were great. We popped over to St Regis one of the nights and ate at the lagoon, it lived up to the hype! You were absolutely right about watching a rain storm! One of our last days there it was rainy all day, so we got to lay in bed and just watch the rain sweep across the water.
A lot of people that I’ve talked to have asked me if at the end we were ready to get back to the US but as i tell them, the worst part of our trip was the walk to the dock knowing that we had to leave!

I have had the pleasure of working with Kelley for nearly a year and a half prior to my destination wedding. From the very get go, Kelley was upfront and very knowledgeable about the areas of interest for our big day. She is able to pinpoint what resorts or countries that will compliment your personalities with a few questions. With planning a destination wedding, I had absolutely no idea on where to begin and found myself swimming in worry at what steps to take. I highly recommend Kelley Austin! Her services are priceless. She listens to the adventure you are seeking and makes it happen with your budget. Her recommendations for spots to visit are nothing but amazing!
This past trip my husband and I traveled to Iceland and Ireland. Since we would be driving in Ireland, Kelley highly pushed for us to get travels insurance and car insurance. At first, I was weary but I am so glad I listened to her advice because we got in a car accident. Kelley made the whole ordeal a smooth process and on top of that I experienced her showing great concern and care for us. I called at some crazy time in the morning and she picked up. Immediately she helped to calm us down and kept reassuring us it would be okay. She handled things on her end which made it easy to close out the issue when we got home. I had to take a couple pictures of the evidence and filed a claim in 30 minutes. Kelley on her end talk with a manager and got our money the same day. If you have never been in a bind in a foreign country, you haven’t felt the uneasiness of what will happened next. With Kelley Austin that uneasiness is washed away because she is working to make sure you have the time of your life!!

From the moment we first contacted Kelley seeking help for our destination wedding and honeymoon, we knew we had made the right choice. We were feeling overwhelmed trying to pick a resort and location for our wedding and came across Kelley’s name after someone had recommended finding a “destination wedding expert.” Kelley responded so quickly and we spoke on the phone for almost two hours discussing the pros and cons for different resorts. She instantly took away the stress and anxiety of picking a resort. She took the time to listen to what we wanted and gave us recommendations based on our wants and needs for both the wedding and the honeymoon. Kelley made us feel like we were her only clients. She took the time to get to know us as well as our guests. She always responded to emails, texts, and phone calls so quickly. Kelley truly goes above and beyond. Kelley had the hard task of dealing with the many problems that occurred before and during the wedding. From difficult wedding guests, last minute changes, and multiple panicked phone calls, she remained calm and took care of EVERY situation. One of the guests at the wedding slipped and fell and broke her wrist. Kelley was immediately re-arranging multiple travel plans to get her back to the United States as soon as possible. Even though she was in the United States and it was late at night, she made herself completely available to talk on the phone and help calm the situation. I can not say enough wonderful things about Kelley. She truly goes above and beyond for everyone even when it is undeserved. First off, wedding planning… brings many emotions. Happiness, stress, tears, laughter, and the need to please others… Let me say this. I’ve heard and read many stories of brides planning weddings and going into my own I felt a little uneasy UNTIL, my husband Matt and I decided we were going to ask Kelley Austin to help us plan our dream day. (Which turned into a dream weekend with all of our family and friends).
From the moment we asked Kelley to help us, I felt like we had made the right decision. Planning a destination wedding adds a whole new list of thoughts and emotions since you can’t actually be at the venue until the week of, (unless you have enough time to go check it out beforehand). Kelley asked us what our dream day looked like. Although I knew my dream was out of the question because our budget wouldn’t allow it, she urged me to tell her. I wanted to stand on a cliff with the waves crashing in as I married my best friend. I was surprised to see that within a few days Kelley had sent us several options that fit my descriptions. Her knowledge of each resort, country and travel helped us to pick the right destination for us as well as our friends and family. We decided on a beautiful gazebo on the edge of the coral reef with the waves crashing in on the rocks at the Hard Rock Resort at Riviera Maya. (Let me just say, WOW! Pictures didn’t even do it justice).
Kelley then had the “fun” job or herding in my family and friends (i.e. explain over and over why or why not certain things were allowed in their package because my husband and I had reserved certain rooms for family and friends.)
From experience I know this is like herding a group of cats. Imagine if I felt like that.. and they are my family and friends, I give kudos to Kelley for making it all happen. Her professionalism and knowledge of the resort was impressive. Her attention to detail, honesty and genuine personality helped in every moment of planning up until we said ‘I do’.
With all of that being said, and everything that we went through, Kelley had to remind me many many times throughout the process, “THIS IS YOUR WEDDING”. If you want someone who is passionate about making your dreams of this day become a reality, look no further because Kelley Austin will do just that.
